Oh, this is going to be tough with less time...but I'll try again for 1200!

Goal: 1200 minutes
So far: 945 minutes

1 - break
2 - 55 minutes, treadmill (4.25mi)
3 - 45 minutes, 3.6 mi jog w/short warm up and cool down
4 - break
5 - 55 min jog/5 min warm up/cool down = 60 min
6 - finally got the kids' stomach flu.....
7 - 30 min walk with the family
8 - 45 min jog
9 - don't remember, break?
10 - 45 min jog
11 - 20 min speed training treadmill
12 - break/travel
13 - 35 min jog/10 min swim = 45 min
14 - 45 min jog (KILLER in FL humidity)
15 - off
16 - 45 min treadmill
17 - 55 min jog
18 - off
19 - 65 min jog
20 - off
21 - 45 min treadmill speed training
22 - 70 min jog/walk....6 miles straight jogging!! WoooOOOoo!
23 - off
24 - 25 min speed work on treadmill
25 - 30 min elliptical, 30 min walking
