Here I go again

  • OK< so I'm still holding at 184!!!!!

    I'm going to try to do a p2 incorporation... (I was doing p1, but not eating like I should) so here I am menu planning...

    Egg Muffins served with V8! *my staple breakfast food!
    I use turkey bacon, grn peppers, mushrooms and onions topped with cheese

    I'm trying Mama w's Meatloaf (from p2 recipe's)
    served with Broccoli & cheese soup
    side of milk or water

    Other meals will consist of chicken served with salad, or spinach

    Salads for lunch, mixed with leftovers.

    Snacks will consist of celery with lf laughing cow cheese
    apples

    and dessert, either fudgesicles (NSA) or peanut butter cookies (recipe from p1 desserts).

    I can't figure out why I'm not losing!

    This could probably be a reason why you aren't losing. A cheat free P1 is very important.

    with stress I've not been hungry lately, I'm not eating crappy foods!
  • My weight loss stalled for sure when I wasn't eating regular intervals throughout the day. I think that is really important. Are you making sure you eat at least something every 3-4 hours?
  • Could your body be in starvation mode? ie conserving for the famine?
    Try to eat every 3 hours and maybe up your workouts?

    I wasn't aware. Even eating less might stall out your weight loss as well, though.
