Loriann -- I just had to tell you I thought of you first thing this morning. I turned around in my shower to find my little black pug, Ebony, balancing on the end of the tub checking to see if I was finished yet. She often will peak around the curtain but this is the first time she climbed on the edge. She is just too blasted cute. Her cutest is when she starts howling, she has a very soft voice so you can’t hardly hear her but she has the pose all worked out and she tips her head as far back as she can get it. I think she is a wan-a-be coyote.

If I had a big black dog I probably would think about naming him Angus, Cinder, or Shadow.

TBH Johnny makes me think of Johnny on the spot or Johnny cat. . .not good Potty Karma!
Trust me I have (MOm has) a shih tzu I named murphy and for quite some time he was the Murphys law dog

choices, I'd love to see the recipe, always on the hunt for another good one, and I love spinach. What do you think the problem is with the stall? Eating all your veggies? Watching those nuts and fats? Exercise? How many grains and fruits/day? How long without a loss? Do you want to post your menus for us to see if we can help figure it out?

I thought of lucky! my sister didn't care for it. Here's the choices I'm thinking... Johnny, Tucker, Jesse, Andy... Johnny was my brother's name, but since you pointed out "johnny on the spot"... um, how does tucker sound? :)
