I just looked it up:) A 16 oz. is 70 calories, 0 grams of fat, and 10g carbs.

and 10 grams of sugar...

do they make sugar free fat free chocolate syrup in the stores? cause i can just get reg coffee iced and add the stuff to it myself

Wellmy father just brought home my latte but they didn't add anything to it, i just added some lite whipped cream to it and some splenda and a little chocolate syrup though i know that one is bad.. so i cheated a little.. it ain't so bad.. i'm not starting my diet over it, i'm gonna keep going..

oops, did a typo in my post.. I meant that I'm not gonna start the diet over.. some people have slip ups, but they get right back on track, am i right?

although, im getting crampy now from the latte.. ehh.. but coffee is like a natural laxative, but i don't think i can drink that all day long unless it was black coffee..

It's worth finding a real coffee shop. When the craving hits I like iced lattes with skim milk and sf caramel syrup. I don't use a lot of splenda but that's one of my exceptions. :drool: Had one this afternoon!

I'm not sure if Dunkin Donuts has SF of anything.. I'll have to ask them next time. They should as alot of people are health nuts, lol

if you have iced coffee or an iced latte with fat free milk and sugar free syrup you are fine... count the milk as part of your dairy....

Oh well good to know.. as long as I can have my latte, just modified. It helps my bowels.
