Errant, congratulations on the 9 lbs, that's a fabulous loss for Ph1! But mostly congrats for making it through and "graduating" to Ph2 and kicking those cravings in the butt. Job well done.

Thanks everyone! I have to admit though.. I'm already thinking of starting over. The beginning of phase 2 has not gone well :(

H2ODawg 08-03-2008 04:36 PM

Congratulations! That's awesome. I hope to match that.
I'm new here and on day 11 of Phase one. Thought I could use a little moral support so I stopped by and joined up with you ladies.

what's going on??

Just me cheating here and there.. It was national cheesecake day and they had to celebrate it here at work. I completely avoided the cafeteria on national sunday day, but made the mistake of going in for cheesecake day:(.

I only had a little piece, but it made me feel like a failure for the whole week... Which honestly, is quite silly because I did very well up until that mistake...

But that led to a couple other mistakes.

Oh well, I'm back on track. I'm basically doing "phase 2" but with almost completely phase 1 stuff. I'm planning on having a little bit of fruit (like berries) once or twice this week and a small serving of sweet potato "fries" (baked, not fried) with dinner one time this week... ease my way slowly back into it.

Hopefully planning my meals all out will help and make it easier to prepare.

That is honestly the hardest thing of all..

After I work all day long, drive home, and try to make it to the gym, cooking for 2 hours and then doing a load of dishes is not the top thing on my list.

If I eat out though, cheating is much easier. (I threw out all the food I can't have from my cupboards at home, lol)
