Phase 2

  • How many of you, when starting the beach, went directly to Phase 2? If so, how were your results?
  • I don't really see the point in starting in Phase 2 because the diet is designed to detox the body from high-glycemic foods for two weeks during Phase 1. If that isn't done, the chances for success, IMO, would be hampered by cravings.
  • If you are pregnant or have very little to lose, it's recommended that you start with Phase II. I don't know if we have any chickies who did that.

  • Oh, I didn't know that you could start P2 if you have only a little to lose! Thanks for telling us!
  • I think we have also had some in the past who were nursing really young babies who started in phase 2. Most people should go through phase 1.
