Flavoured Peanuts
 

Does anyone know if flavoured peanuts are allowed on either phase 1 or 2? We are going to Picard Peanuts in St. Jacobs, Ontario and they have peanuts in approx. 12 flavours - salt & vinegar, BBQ, dill pickle etc. I would think that the BBQ probably has sugar in it, but maybe s&v would be ok. There is no outside coating on the peanuts. I know I would have to limit to 1/4 cup per day.

I just looked on their web site and didn't see any nutrition info...
so, you are just going to have to look at each individual package and check the ingredients for "no-no's" like added sugars and oils etc.

read the ingredients. I'll bet on sugar for many of them...

in that case NO i would not have them.

I would avoid them unless you know exactly what goes into them.
