20 healthiest foods for under $1
There's been some posts about SB on a budget lately and thought this article might be of interest to some--the vast majority of the foods on the list are P1 and P2 friendly (I have no idea if sardines are SB-friendly, as I've never cared for them!). Anyway, we can see SB favorites like oats, nuts, garbanzo beans, broccoli, and spinach make the list. http://http://www.divinecaroline.com...hiest-foods--1

Just go to divinecaroline.com and search for healthiest food. That's how I found it. The link doesn't work. Try this one:

You betcha! I've been shopping the perameters for years! Very seldom need to stray into an inside Isle... Matter of fact my son complains "eating healthy is more expensive"... yup, but in the long run it's not really, considering the medical costs the unhealthy eating devises!!!!!!

Very good article. Although when I was shopping yesterday, I didn't really notice that nuts were so cheap. A can of cashews were like $7! But I got a can of roasted salted peanuts for about $3.50, which is more than I would have liked to spend, but not bad. It'll last longer since I'll only eat a little handful, not half the can...
