I use Lydia's Organics Seasoning, which is a crunchy blend of dehydrated veggies. It has carrots, so it should not be used for Phase 1. I use it in place of bread crumbs, and sprinkle it in salads and cooked dishes. It is very good. Thought I'd pass this along to you. Here's the info:
