I use Spectrum organic olive oil mayonnaise, and "Food for Life," 7 Sprouted Grains English muffins (for P2) - they're made by the same company that makes Ezekiel Bread.

Love the Ezekial bread. I'll have to look for the English muffins! Melanie, I get it at a health food store.

I'm not doing SB so you'd have to read the label to see if it's OK for your plan but Best Foods (which is Hellman's with a different name for the west coast) now makes a canola based mayo that's really close, tastewise, to the original soy oil version with half the calories. I mix it with a little red wine vinegar to make a yummy dressing.

Whole Foods store brand has a "Light Canola" mayo that is terrific!
