I made the famous Taco Bake recipe for dinner last night and it was excellent. I'm going to have leftovers that may or maynot get eaten however. Has anyone tried freezing it yet?

It freezes very well. I usually have some in my emergency freezer stash.

I'm the only one in my family that likes it, so when I make it, I always freeze it in individual portions. When I'm hungry for some, it's easy to just take out a container and pop it in the microwave.

I have four individual servings in my freezer right now and may have one with a salad for dinner tonight. I often make it for parties and serve with veggies and tortilla chips. It's always a hit and can be made weeks ahead and frozen.

For as long as I have been doing SB I have not made this recipie yet. I think it will be on my to do list for this up coming week, as I have all the ingredients.
