I'm sorry I've been absent...I finished my last day at work and have been busy at home in part with getting ready for and cleaning up from a little party I had last weekend, then doing lots of catching up on sleep!
I'm trying to get back into some semblance of a routine now, so thought I'd pop in and see how you're all doing.
Nessa and Zeffryn! Nessa, DH was playing softball yesterday and said he both heard
and felt his knee "pop" while running back to 1st. He's wearing a knee brace now and I pray it's okay.
Popping joints are scary! Hope the boot is temporary!
I tend to bring 3 bean salad to parties...it's hearty enough and has enough protein that I can live on just that if nothing else is edible for me, but it looks like a side dish. I usually feel a bit odd if I bring a main dish to a party where someone's cooking...this way I don't feel bad but I have enough to eat.
