Hello Ladies. I am starting SB tomorrow (Tuesday) and just wanted to say hello. I have done the Beach before but was never successful. I think I will do well this time as I am off work and live too far away from those fast food places. I also live next door to my mother-in-law and we have been walking for an hour and a half everyday for over 2 months. I am losing inches but not pounds.

I am 30 years old and I have an eleven year old girl and a four year old boy. I am a computer technician but am taking a break right now. I live in Northern Ontario and am still trying to get used to being a country girl. I was born, bred and belong in the city.

I just wanted to let you know a little about myself since I will be going to ask you all the questions I think off. I bought the new Supercharged book and will follow it with a few alterations.

Welcome back. It's nice to see another Canadian. (By the way, would you call those darned black flies back up there!!)

Ha Ha Ha!! The black flies are starting to get thick up here!! My kids don't want to go outside anymore. Oh well, the mosquitoes will take over soon... ;)
