I convinced myself that after vacation, I'd start SBD, and bought all the groceries....
Started Monday, lost 1.2 lb by tuesday am, and by tuesday pm, decided just couldn't do SBDphase I. Mentally...not right, head ached (eyeballs pounding), low stamina. I know a lot of people say you feel kinda yucky the first couple days, but I kept thinking if I feel that cr@ppy, my body is trying to tell me something! So, I ate some strawberries
. Still lost another .6 lb by today. Has this happened to anyone else? I figured that Phase II is still pretty good guidelines for a diet, and I don't need to lose too much weight. Oh, and yes, I feel much better. Also, I LOVE the thomas' english muffins 100 caloried multi grain...and they're 8 gr. of fiber!! Those should be okay for phase II? I was thinking if I had those for breakfast, I'd probably feel better most of the day, and wouldn't do many carbs after that. Anyone know?
