What I've learned about exercise
1 - It is addictive but not in the way I thought. Yes, I feel better when I exercise but I feel crumby when I don't! Everything gets kind of stiff and achy and I'm way more tired when I don't move enough. 2 - Exercise will make your body shape change in different ways than weight loss. Of course that means that once you start you have to stick with it. 3 - Nothing is as motivating as knowing all of you are out there working it too! When I want to slack I think of everyone else out there dragging themselves off the couch and I just know I have no excuse :carrot: :bravo::cp: all the exercisers out there |
Congrats Cyndi!!! Keep up the great work!
