Two Years On the Beach...
 

Two years ago May 1, 2006 I weighed 286 pounds. I went on south beach diet.
i've never gone off.
yes i treat more than I should
but this morning i weigh 220 so in two years I've lost 66 pounds.

it can be done..

Just to put your loss into perpective, my 8 yr old weighs about 66 lbs.

I am new to the beach. I began on January 1st of this year. I have had a couple of weeks where I was washed up on the shore but other than that, it has been the Beach all the way. I love how it just falls into place, don't you? My DH eats what I eat (Phase 3 though) and I remind him how healthy I am making him. He just smiles.;)
