Hey everyone!
I am new to the SouthBeach Diet. I picked up the book last week and after reading cover to cover, I'm ready to start! I have been calorie counting for the past few months but I'm looking for something new to get me out of the rut I'm in. I think the SB will be an overall healthier way to eat and that's what I'm looking for.
I can't wait to make new friends here!!!
