One year on The Beach...
 

For those just starting, I thought I'd share my results of one year on the beach. I started on April 16th, 2007. It works!

Cat, what a great idea - you look fabulous! Happy Anniversary! My anniversary is May 25, maybe I will share my "results" too!

SUPER!!!! I can't wait to find out how I'll look a year from now!!! I've been on SB now for about 6 weeks and I'm very happy. Not "married" to the scale at all. I weigh in at my gym with a "coach" (long story)---wish I'd weighed in on my own scale for a "base line" as well. I didn't get to weigh last week so stepped on my scale and according to that I'd say it weighs a bit lighter than the digital I'm used to. BUT if it's similar I "might" have lost about 14 lbs by now....I'm not going to get too excited yet though just in case!!! But I'll take any losses that come!

You have done so good with the plan. good for you. thanks for sharing your pictures. this helps all of us to see how good someone does on there plan. its a good one. i loss on atkins and have kept it off for over 3 years and now losing more. best luck to you. keep it up.
