I've found in the past when I didn't eat much trying to get to under 1200-1500 calories that I was starving myself. I guess I've been eating the right foods more frequently, so I'm not hungry. I've also been drinking a butt-load (which, if you're looking at my butt is a whole lot) of water, so that might be why I'm not so hungry.
When it came down to it, I was burning more than I put in...so that is a step in the right direction.
I totally forgot, but I have a cooking party this Friday night with our friends. I hope at least something that we make is SBD approved. I forgot to tell the host, and she's already planned and bought. Oh well. If all else fails, I'll just eat some SBD food before I go, and won't eat much of the bad stuff.....and nobody notices anyway, as we all just flitter around and pick anyway.
edit: Does anybody know if I can have parsnips on ph1? I know that carrots are a no-no, and parsnips are even sweeter than carrots.
