Default Difference between P2 and P3

Hi all,

I have been chillin on the beach for almost a year! I was wondering what the main difference is between P2 and P3! I am pretty okay with my current weight now, of course it changes a little when I like to have SUGAR or white bread

Thanks

Check out the book - Page 243. Dr. A says it's sort of experimental and to go back to II or even I if you start to gain.

I believe that P3 is all about maintance. This is the time where you're back to a normal eating life. If you've learned the right choices to make most of the time, keep the same eating plan of breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner.. and dessert...
incorporating the good choices. With the most leway. This is the part that tests what you've learned. If you start to gain, bounce back to p2 or p1 depending on what you think you need. Those are your safety boundaries...
its like going to school.. p1 is like kindegarten, p2 is senior year and p3 is graduation...now you decide what you do with your life. If you need to go back for remedial help, you're free to go!

from all my friends at goal... P2 and P3 are basically the same thing you just stop losing and stop worrying about losing... the essential daily foods stay the same.

I don't know if it's a temporary lull, but I have pretty much stopped losing and I'm OK with that. I usually eat 1-2 grain servings and 1-2 fruits a day. I was hoping to be able to eat more and maintain. But I guess if I maintain my weight at this regimen, this is my Phase III, right. And of course with an occasional splurge, key word being occasional!
