Hello Ladies. Awhile back, someone posted some MS Word attachments that had a breakdown of how to eat on the SB Diet. For example, it had all the phases broken down by what to eat by food group. I found it very helpful, but I have misplaced the pages. Can someone post it again for me please, or tell me where to find it?
