Ranch Dressing

The regular, good restaurant kind. Is it allowed? If so, how much do you get per day to stay within the recommended limits?

you get 2 tablespoons of dressing as a fat.
you get a fat at both lunch and dinner
and a teaspoon of fat at breakfast if you want.

most ranch dressings are just fine.

And be sure to check that your Ranch dressing has 3 grams or less of sugar per serving!

South Beach also makes their own ranch dressing

Once you are on Phase 2 you can have the South Beach ranch dressing. I bought it in Walmart but I am sure that you can find it at most grocery stores. I am noticing more and more South Beach products on the shelves in the past couple of months.
