Good morning Chickies!
I also have fears of binges past. I made it through P1 last time and I actually was totally over my cravings. I thought it would be easy to stray and come back. But as soon as I started eating really sugary foods, I couldn't stop!!!! Its taken a while, but I'm back. What I liked the most about SBD was how in control I felt! I mean I could stare at the bread loaf at Mac Grill and think, "Nah, that's not for me!" Have a great day! |

Duc... I know what you mean! I have no control over what I eat now...or uh umm...what I was eating. Now i'm back and in control (fingers crossed!). Good luck!! |
Hello Confuzed & Stacy, (and SB ladies)-
I wanted to say hello and wish you luck restarting this journey. Stacey- sugarless gum helped me resist Hersey kisses sitting on the conference table in our office. I'm on phase 2 now, and an apple is such much more appealing than sweets, so hang in there. Take care and welcome back! Lisa |
