I am intending to pre-order this book that will be out the end of April and can't find the darn thing on Amazon.ca. Does anyone know the exact title? (And yes - I do feel silly!)

The south beach diet supercharged. basically it's the same diet (with the expanded food lists) and a walking plan. or so i heard.

I preordered my book in Feb! Can't wait - I keep watching my bank account to see if the charge has gone through, even though I know that they're not releasing until April. Silly me!

I pre-ordered my book back in late Jan./early Feb., too, and they've already taken out the charge for it. I'm looking forward to receiving it, shouldn't be much longer now!

I didn't know there was a new book out. I am going to pre-order it also. Right now I am doing the WW Core diet. I think it is very healthy but I am having a hard time putting together meals. Hopefully, this book will help.

Is there a cookbook you suggest??

I have the South Beach Diet Cookbook, SBD Quick and Easy Cookbook,

and SBD Parties and Holidays Cookbook. I like them all. I found mine used online for very cheap, but you can take a peek at most of the recipes online if you use Google Books and search for "The South Beach Diet". They are limited previews, but you can still get a good idea if you would like to purchase them or not.

Does anyone know if Amazon has the new book (for pre-order) yet? What would the name be...did they up-date that as well???
