L: leftover Med Fish Stew
S: latte, cottage cheese with tomatoes and cucumber
D: WW Pita Pizzas
S: Greek yogurt with agave nectar or a piece of breakfast cheesecake

L: Joseph's flax, oat bran and ww tortilla w/fat free refrieds, almond cheese, salsa, veggie steak strips, 2 Y guacamole, & lettuce
S: greek yogurt w/agave, unsweetened cocoa powder & cinnamon
D: roasted cauliflower, delicata fries, lightlife chick fillet
S: post workout grapefruit

I can't speak for others, but I very much enjoy these weekly threads with menus. I use the information shared to develop my own menus and try new things! I appreciate everyone's posts here. I don't post a lot, but I read almost everything posted. I find myself eating many of the same things over and over, especially for b-fast & lunch, then trying new things for dinner.

I didn't see it yet...but I'll head back to the main section and look! I just got a new 9 month old weimaraner furbaby. He is keeping me busy and interupted frequently. I am slooooowly working my way through the old posts from last Thursday forward.
