First Day....
Well, wish me luck!! For my first day's menu--keep in mind I didn't do a full out grocery store stop yesterday, but I will today--I have:
Meal 1: 2 eggs + 2 canadian bacon pieces M2: pepperjack cheese stick + Light n Fit yogurt M3: tuna with light miracle whip and relish M4: roasted chickpeas M5: chicken + broccoli cheese soup M6: SF popsicle Any comments? Does this look pretty good for my first day? |
Hi Shanette and Welcome to The Beach. My one comment is to add more veggies to your day. You need 4.5 cups and that's not just iceberg lettuce. Check out the stickies in the FAQ Section and join the rest of the Phase I folks on the March Phase I Thread which I am about to start right now.
