11 - 0 - Bad Bad
12 - 45 minutes - walk
13 - 20 minutes - WATP 1 mile booster
14 - 20 minutes - WATP 1 mile booster - 10 minutes - Billy Blanks Celebrity Fit Cardio

16 - 90 minutes - walk
