Friday weigh in day

I lost 3 lbs this week. Total of 17 so far for the month of February. 6 inches off the waist and hips each since January. I didn't get a weight in January because I thought I was over 300 lbs which is the limit of the scale we have. Guess the cheat day didn't hurt me any. :carrot::carrot::carrot:[/FONT]

I tried that already. Apparently there is a trick to doing this on a MAC that I don't know about. I've messed with it all morming. oh well thats okay.
