Default Chilli Fries on phase 1

i saw the recipie on hungrygirl and its

butter nut squash skin and sliced like fries put garlic pepper and spice and in the oven on a cookie sheet spray oil for 45 mins @ 450 and turn 1/2 way through .and here is the easy part make you chili what you would your for phase 1 like turkey chopped meat and black beans and Chili power..etc.

then when the squash is done you put it on a plate and dump the chili on it with fat free shredded cheddar cheese and fat free sour cream

You can have these fries but no cheese. Good even without the cheese!

Butternut squash isn't allowed on Phase 1, but it would make a great Phase 2 recipe! And we can have cheese, as long as it's fat-free or lowfat.

The only squash allowed on Phase I is spaghetti or zucchini.

yellow summer squash is also allowed on phase 1 since it is a summer squash. But you do have to wait on the winter squash.
