SkinnyDogMom, one of the mods has a wonderful recipe that makes two little cakes in ramekins. I've made them and was amazed at how satisfying one little cake can be! :T I didn't realize how much influence staring at the rest of a big cake is when you're eating a slice...but having one little cake makes you feel like you're eating something very decadent! :cloud9:
