Hi all, I am starting phase 1 again today. I started SB last September and lost 30 lbs. Since the holidays I have been having a hard time. I just cannot get with it. Today is a new day, I really need to do this and be accountable with it. I am up some at 188 today. I will check in and update on my progress. Hope everyone is doing well.

I am back on Phase I again too. I lost 40 lbs last year, but then had minor surgery, and wasn't able to exercise. I put back about 25 lbs, and so I'm valiantly fighting to get back to where I was in June 2007.

I've been on Phase I since February 5 (Ash Wednesday). Need to lose a lot of weight fast because I have a High School reunion coming up in about 2 months. But more importantly, I just want to get back to where I was 6 months ago. I'm keeping myself on Phase I until Easter, maybe beyond. Add to that regular exercise and drinking mass amounts of water, and hopefully I'll be okay.
