Will try to make my Goal for
1300 minutes, even thought it's a short month!
Minutes so far =
1300
1- 45 minutes of cardio -15 minutes of jog/walk on treadmill + 30 minutes on elliptical. Also, 1 hour of pilates = 105 mins
2- 1 hour of Pilates
3- 50 minutes of cardio. 35 minutes on elliptical, 15 mins on treadmill, run/walk intervals
4- Had Jury Duty ALL day long!!! arrrghh...sat on my butt, no exercise today...
5- Cardio for 1 hour. 35 mins on elliptical, 25 intervals on treadmill (jog/walk at high incline). 30 mins of strenght training (leg squat machine, bicep curls,tricep dips, rows, hamstring curls) = 90 mins (had to make up for yesterday!
6- Work, no gym
7- No time for gym today either..
8- 1 hour of Pilates, 45 minutes of cardio.. (30 minutes on elliptical, 15 minutes on treadmill)
9- 35 minutes on elliptical, 15 minutes on treadmill and 10 minutes of strength training = 60 minutes
10- No gym time today, but will hopefully go skiing tomorrow...
11- Went skiing! Felt like I skied all day, but for sake of collective minutes of active skiing, I will call it 2 hours
12- Work, no gym time
13- Very busy day at work, also no time for gym

Happy Valentine's Day! 1 hour of Pilates
15- No gym time today
16- 35 minutes on elliptical, 25 minutes on treadmill, and 20 minutes of weight lifting = 80 minutes
17- 20 minutes intervals (jog/walk) on treadmill, 30 minutes on elliptical = 50 minutes
18- 1 hour of Pilates, 30 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes weight training for arms/back = 100 minutes
19- Worked for 12 hours, no gym time.
20- Another very busy 12 hour shift, walked 14,000 steps at work, but no time for gym
21- Dragged my butt outta bed. 35 minutes on elliptical, and 15 minutes of back/chest/legs weight training = 50 mins
22- 30 minutes on stationary bike, and 10 minutes on stepper plus 1 hour of Pilates = 100 minutes
23- No time for gym
24- 25 minutes on elliptical, 15 minutes on treadmill and 10 minutes strength training = 50 minutes
25- 1 hour of Pilates
26- No gym today...
27- or today..
28- 1 hour of Pilates
