Goal 300 minutes

Will try to make my Goal for 1300 minutes, even thought it's a short month!
Minutes so far = 1300 1- 45 minutes of cardio -15 minutes of jog/walk on treadmill + 30 minutes on elliptical. Also, 1 hour of pilates = 105 mins 2- 1 hour of Pilates 3- 50 minutes of cardio. 35 minutes on elliptical, 15 mins on treadmill, run/walk intervals 4- Had Jury Duty ALL day long!!! arrrghh...sat on my butt, no exercise today... :( 5- Cardio for 1 hour. 35 mins on elliptical, 25 intervals on treadmill (jog/walk at high incline). 30 mins of strenght training (leg squat machine, bicep curls,tricep dips, rows, hamstring curls) = 90 mins (had to make up for yesterday! 6- Work, no gym 7- No time for gym today either.. :( 8- 1 hour of Pilates, 45 minutes of cardio.. (30 minutes on elliptical, 15 minutes on treadmill) 9- 35 minutes on elliptical, 15 minutes on treadmill and 10 minutes of strength training = 60 minutes 10- No gym time today, but will hopefully go skiing tomorrow... 11- Went skiing! Felt like I skied all day, but for sake of collective minutes of active skiing, I will call it 2 hours 12- Work, no gym time 13- Very busy day at work, also no time for gym 14- Happy Valentine's Day! 1 hour of Pilates 15- No gym time today 16- 35 minutes on elliptical, 25 minutes on treadmill, and 20 minutes of weight lifting = 80 minutes 17- 20 minutes intervals (jog/walk) on treadmill, 30 minutes on elliptical = 50 minutes 18- 1 hour of Pilates, 30 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes weight training for arms/back = 100 minutes 19- Worked for 12 hours, no gym time. 20- Another very busy 12 hour shift, walked 14,000 steps at work, but no time for gym 21- Dragged my butt outta bed. 35 minutes on elliptical, and 15 minutes of back/chest/legs weight training = 50 mins 22- 30 minutes on stationary bike, and 10 minutes on stepper plus 1 hour of Pilates = 100 minutes 23- No time for gym 24- 25 minutes on elliptical, 15 minutes on treadmill and 10 minutes strength training = 50 minutes 25- 1 hour of Pilates 26- No gym today... 27- or today.. 28- 1 hour of Pilates 29- Yay for Leap Day, or I wouldn't have made goal! 1 hour of Pilates, 30 minutes on bike, and 10 minutes on treadmill |
I'm climbing back on and setting myself a realistic goal! :broc:

I'm guessing I can just jump on in and join you girls! I need some motivation to get off my butt and I think this might be it!

Minutes so far - 85 minutes February 1-O 2 -10 jogging 10 min lifting weights 3 -15 jogging 4 -15 jogging 10 lifting weights 5 -15 jogging 10 lifting 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 17 - 18 - 19 - 20 - 21 - 22 - 23 - 24 - 25 - 26 - 27 - 28 - 29 - I hope I can keep it up. Im not able to do much for very long but it does add up. I can already tell an increase in my energy level. |
I'm just getting started back on an exercise routine after healing up from my back injury. I probably could have started back exercising around 2-7 but I didn't, so I am starting on 2-15 and going forward!

10 K walks
I lost 85 pounds in 2003 on SB and walking! Starting again in the beautiful park here in Vancouver. We have a sea wall where the distance is marked which is how I can put down 10 K. There are longer distances which I hope to add to pretty soon. There's also the option of climbing the steep hill in the park. I think I will save that for weekends when there are a lot of people using the Seawall.
