Tapioca Flour?

Hi,
I have been searching and haven't found anything regarding tapioca flour. When I was doing Atkins, I ate Brazilian cheese bread that was really good and made with tapioca flour. Is that SBD legal? It seems like it would be okay....but not sure. :?: Any thoughts?

As far as I know, tapicoa flour is a refined high starch product with a very high glycemic index. I don't think it would qualify.

I've never seen the flour listed but tapioca pudding is listed as Avoid in the South Beach Good Fats/Good Carbs book.
