none of the multigrains are whole wheat. none of the low carb options are whole wheat.
truth is i use very little pasta... maybe a touch in a cassarole as a side but since a serving is just 1/2 cup that's not a lot. and i only use whole wheat. rotini, or penne usually. |

I was a vegetarian for years and years, but back in....oh.... I believe 2002 (?) I started eating meat again. Funny thing is, I at lots of soy products when I was a vegetarian. Now when I eat them, it feels like I have a small allergic reaction, where soy milk makes my neck break out horribly, and veggie burgers give me a slight itch on the neck. Very odd....
