is this allowed in P1?
I bought one to take to the movies instead of the coke & popcorn(altough it'll be impossible to sit there while the kids are eating it!)
The water has no juice in it.

I think it should be fine as long as it has no added sugars!

I wanted to try some of this but then saw it had sugar in it. In the lemon twist flavor there is 13 g carbohydrates/serving and 50 cal/serving. So I would probably guess that it's a South Beach no.

With 6 grams of sugar in a serving, it's a no-no. There are a lot chemicals in the ingredients, too. Definitely something to avoid.

Not unrelated... Are there anything someone would suggest TO bring to the movies to avoid coke & popcorn?

What about that Dasani flavored water? Is that safe to drink?
