First, I'm a huge fan of Bolthouse Farms drinks. Specifically, the Perfectly Protein drink in Mocha Cappuchino. Can a seasoned SB dieter look at the nutritional facts and tell me if I need to give these up?

I have no idea if I'm right or not...but I don't think you can have it because of the sugars and apple juice. At least not on Ph 1. But then again I'm not really sure. I know someone else will come along and answer your question!

I wish I could tell you these are ok, but they have way too much sugar in them.

Darn. They're delicious too. I guess it's a small price to pay to fit into those skinny clothes I've been holding onto for so long.
