Hi chicks, crazy days here, all I can say is TGIF.
cottage, have a great day with your girls!
gonnabe, how I would love to join you on the couch! Poor DH:(. Hope the tornadoes don't get you!
:wave:Dawn
Kara, I envy you your clean house. Mine is totally trashed right now.
Ruth, hope you get your house cleaned!
Cat, those wireless routers are awesome, but they can be a pain too. Ours has hiccuped and reset itself a couple of times, causing us no end of problems.
Stephanie, you are a loan-closing monster! Did I mention in a previous life I was a mortgage loan processor? That was a stressful business at times!
Diana, I live the glamorous life too!
Phxsunflower, 4-day countdown for me too. I'm not sure what I will add back first - triscuits are a good idea... Or maybe oatmeal...
Kim, sounds like a busy day. Have a good one!

I will be trying to wrap up a million lose ends today, then off to my Mom's for pizza tonight. I think DD1 will be going back to her apartment today. I have no idea what food will be, as we're down to end-of-week remnants, and DH has been emptying out the fridge to work on it. I found HB eggs and Canadian bacon for breakky, and I'll just have to wing it for the rest of the day... Not a good plan, I know :(. I've got a lovely weekend of deep cleaning, laundry, and working on science fair projects with the kids to look forward to - not!

:welcome: SAnativegirl! I get the reduced fat triscuits. They are really good, I don't miss the fat! Any unsweetened oatmeal, except instant, I think. I love the steel cut oats. I think there is a list of cereals in the FAQs. I don't eat cold cereal anymore, but I think regular Kashi is okay, but not the Kashi GoLean Crunch, which has too much sugar. Uncle Sam's is okay, and Fiber One. There may be some others. I don't really like any of the allowed ones, so I just stick with oatmeal. Good luck to you!

Good Morning chicks.... I am just getting in under the morning wire. I have been busy busy busy this morning. Everytime I get here the phone rings. So this is a quickie for me, because my to do list is getting bigger not smaller.
I have no desire to eat at all anyone else feeling this way. This is day 10 of Phase 1.... I don't remember this happening. I have to force myself to eat. Have a great day.

It's definitely happened to me LC, just keep eating as well as you can. In a way it's kind of fun, but dangerous! I think you'll get your appetite back when you start adding the Ph2 stuff back.

Hey Chicks! I've been a lurker on this website for a few weeks and I'm so excited to finally get the time to join in! I'm 29 from Kentucky and this is my 2nd run with SBD. I started the first time back in October and lost 14lbs. Unfortunately I lost it so easy that once the holidays came around I just ate and ate and ate thinking that it'd come off easily again after the holidays! I gained about 12 of those lbs back! Very depressing! I'm back at it though, and am on day 5 of Phase 1. I'm feeling awesome. I am an x-ray tech at a nearby hospital and work b-shift. I work every other weekend, so I had the past two days off and today is my "monday". I'll work straight through until next weekend. Blah! The plus is that for me it seems easy to plan my meals when I know I'll be working every night for eight days. Well, girls I hope you all have a wonderful Friday and weekend!

hi

How are ya'll, you sound like you have great weekend plans. For those of you that already have your houses cleaned............I green:p with envy. I'm having a hard time getting that jumpstart.

Was doing great on phase one until a day and a half of out of control eating. I'm not proud of myself but I faced the scales today and I'm facing you all. So now, back to work and get this conquered. There is a lady that I know that is being featured in People Magazine this week because she lost 1/2 of herself. She lost 151 pounds in about 18 months. She looks great on the cover of the magazine, I didn't recognize her. Anyway, I applaud her success and hope some motivation will rub off.

Anyway, I've updated the ticker and I have salmon thawing out for dinner. Off to go eat some veggies!

Hugs:hug:

I tried all day to get back on here but it never seems to happen. I was sure for as slow as we have been at work I would get some downtime

Kara My dad was born in Jersey City and lived there until he joined the navy. After the navy he moved to CA and met mom and here I am. My grandparents lived in Bayonne while I was growing up. Now that Dad and my grandparents have passed away I only have second cousins living there. I think they're in Farmingdale. We used to go ALOT but not so much now.

Kim Hope the deep cleaning was quick and you get to enjoy your evening.

Phx Great job on Ph1. You're almost there.

 Diana, Pacer, Schmoodle, Femme & LC

:welcome2: SAnativegirl & luckyclov

RNMOM Good job jumping right back on plan. I'm rooting for you ;)

Well, I'm off to find something for dinner. Have a great night.
