Cookbook question please?
 

I plan on starting Phase I on Monday...I was on-line last night as I want to order a SB cookbook?? There were two? The quick & easy one and a golden reg. southbeach cookbook??

Which one is the best to get me started? Do I really NEED both?

You don't need either one if you want to look around online for recipes, or use the guidelines in the book to adjust your own favorite recipes into SB friendly versions :) I have both and preferred the recipes in the quick and easy cookbook. They actually have two more - one for holidays, and a taste of summer cookbook. The summer cookbook looks really good and I plan to order it :)

I agree with Suzanne. I have 3 south beach cook books and don't use any of them - I use the recipes from the ladies here on the site. Give the recipe section a chance before you go buying those boks.

I agree absolutely! Most of the best recipes are posted in our recipe section.
