SF or NSA Fudgsicles?

I'm confused, I did a search, and see both listed in menus/recipes. Are the No Sugar Added Fudgsicles allowed on P1? I didn't see Sugar Free in my store, but apparently they exist. That also makes me ask, why is the Fat Free Cool Whip endorsed by SB but not the Sugar Free?

NSA Fudgesicles are allowed.

Not sure on the cool whip free, I just eat it, no questions :)

I didn't think there were any completely Sugar Free Fudgsicles because they are made with milk and milk has natural sugars. Maybe there are some soy based ones that have absolutely no sugar.
