My true goal should be to not gain ANY weight, but since I'm still on Phase 1, I'd love to see 5 pounds come off this week!

159 by dec 26th :) going to be hard to find out since the docs office is closed that day and that is my weigh in day lol. I am 8lbs ahead of my goals so far :)
