Is this legal? I am not at home so I do not have the label to read... Does anyone know? This would be great with veggies..

All the recipes I have look legal though there might be some limit because of the tahini (is it 2T like PB?). Even if that's the case there seems to be about 1/4 cup in a whole batch of the stuff. Otherwise just eggplant, lemon juice, olive oil and seasoning.

Yes, I think it's fine, and as for the tahini, it's in hummus too, and we're allowed to have that, so must be okay!
