Default Another thing I didn't notice til now..
I have been overweight since my last year of college, but waaay over weight since 2000. And of course, I have been having my cycle the entire time (no kids). I never noticed or really cared about water retention...UNTIL NOW!!!

I have weighed myself every day since my period started and I have gained 5lbs in water weight. GEE WIZ!!! I am still drinking over 100 oz of water a day, so this is straight up menstral cycle retention.

I sure hope it all goes away when my cycle ends on Sunday.

WHO KNEW I WAS SUCH A WATER WOMAN!!

It's funny how much the excess weight masks these things, isn't it? I have noticed lots of things about my body in the last 5 mos that I never knew or had forgotten. It's like I'm getting to know myself finally after all these years - about time!

Something I didn't notice til now is how much more I can do and accomplish when I push myself farther and harder when it comes to working out
