Bread find for Phase 2
One thing I found missing when I was on Phase 1 was bread for my sandwich at lunch. It's just easier for me to make a sandwich to bring to work than anything else so early in the morning (the lettuce leaves just didn't cut it for me) and I was getting tired of salad).
When I started Phase 2, I decided the carb I would add back in would be bread. I searched for what I think is a great fit. Here's the info Pepperidge Farms very thin sliced whole wheat bread Serving size on the package says 3 slices (I only use 2 slices, so it would be less) Cal 110 Fat 2g Sat fat .5g Trans fat 0 Cholestral 0 Sodium 230 Carb 20g Fiber 3g Sugar 3g Protein 4g Just thought I'd share my find!!
