Morning everyone...

Talk about a weird coincidence....I've been online doing an ebay search for the Taste of Summer cookbook, placed a bid, didn't win. (For those who know I'm in kitchen renovation and have been using the grill every day)
anyway...I work in an industry that sometimes gets books in for review.
I went thru the box we had and didn't think I'd see this book and I was right.
Then I go to my mailslot and in the book review slot next to mine has the book in it!!!The girl at the front desk said it just came in and it was addressed to someone who no longer works here so she said I could have it....How weird is that????

So...I'm taking that as an omen that I'm meant to be on the beach!!!

YIPPPPEEE.....can you tell I'm excited....can't wait to read it and pick something yummy for dinner tonight (shhhh...don't tell my husband he's gonna be eating healthy...):carrot:

I've made a bunch of stuff out of that cookbook. There are a lot of good things there!

I agree with Barb, it's a great cookbook!

I just got it from the library but have not had the time to look at it yet. Maybe that will be my tonight project.
