Is there room on the beach for a former beacher who has strayed?????:?:

Life became too much and I gave up. I believe it's been since April that I've even participated.

Anyway, I'm ready to start feeling better again and get back on the beach. Move your towels and make room for my butt.....which by the way is larger than it used to be:(

I'm going to spend the day reading posts and getting caught up on your lives.

I feel your pain...I did a couple of off plan weeks during my travels last fall/winter and quite a bit crept back on. :o If you can't find any room on the beach, feel free to share what's still left of my towel! ;)

Hope we can both encourage each other to get back on track.

RNMom is one of our superstar Beachies, for those who haven't met her before. She kicks @$$ and takes names on this plan...much like Barb! You amazing chickies really inspire us all, so I'm glad to have another one back on board! :D

Schmoodle and missmess, thanks for scootching over to make room for my larger arse.

I've struggled to pull it together for months now, even joined WW.....it hasn't worked the four previous times I've tried it, not sure why I thought it would work this time????:frypan: South Beach works! I lost 53.5 pounds on it. I just need to get through the first 5 days of phase one and then work the plan. I love the results that I see in a hurry, that does something to my psyche and is motivating. So anyhoo.................here goes.

Life happens, I can't let it get in the way of living healthy! Besides, I'm staring 50 in the face (coming in February) I will NOT be "fluffy" and fifty!!!!
