I'm allergic to peanuts, but can safely eat this. But is it SBD ok? It has 4g sugar per serving vs pb's 2g.

Is the sugar added? As in, is sugar one of the ingredients? Or is it natural sugars? I try to buy natural nut butters that have no added sugar. I just checked my peanut butter (ingredients: peanuts, salt) and there is one gram of sugar.
Have you tried almond butter?

I had a reaction from almond butter
but yes, the ingreds are soy beans, soybean oil, sugar, & salt. Maybe I can try to make my own.

You could try. Or you could check out a natural foods store and see if they have any without added sugar. Some even have grinders right in the store!
I have a sneaking suspicion that soy nut butter without sugar might be rather bland, though, tasting more like an unflavored hummus than a nut butter.
Good luck!
