I weigh in daily, I know many people don't approve of it but I feel it helps me keep on track. Just like beachgal, I also weigh 3X's a day and average (I thought I was the only one, go figure). No matter what the number shows I don't let it ruin my day, but must admit that when the number is good I sure yell out a big YEAHHHHHH!!!!!!

My goal is to weigh once a week but I'm SO tempted to do it more often! I only weigh first thing in the morning after using the bathroom because I find my weight creeps up during the day and I also retain water if constipated. Weird, huh? But those numerical fluctuations DO bug me. They take the wind right out of my sails if I'm not in the right mood to deal with them. So I guess once a week is probably best for someone like myself. :dizzy:

Another daily weigher, here. :) I find it keeps me motivated - and honest. I don't obsess over the fluctuations or the occasional jump upwards, although obviously I much prefer when the numbers go down. :D But even more rewarding that seeing the decreasing numbers is how my clothes have gone from too tight, to just right, to too loose and even into smaller sizes - those kind of things make me :carrot:
