:welcome2: Princess Chick! It seems okay to me, I would think the amount of modified food starch (what is that stuff, anyway?) would be small enough not to affect your diet. Personally, I tend to shy away from products with so many unneccessary ingredients.

we use it extensively in phase 2--- it's awesome stuff.

if it's a tiny little bit i can't see why not...
