I have been trying to search this out - I know we had a similar question and the answer was no on Phase I. Someone who subscribed to the official site gave us that answer and I just can't remember her name!

I don't think you should use it to make cookies and such. But I was thinking just small amounts if needed, less then 1/4 cup. Like to make some baked onion rings or cheese sticks.
